maybe if you laugh and smile enough
and keep telling yourself it will be all right
he'll come back
and once again
things will be
as they once were
that is what you want?
right?
if he comes back, everything will be good once again
until he sees through your smile
to the core of you
and sees everything is not right
and then your smile isn't so bright anymore
and once again your laughter becomes bitter
maybe you need a change
maybe you need him as far away as possible
maybe you need to stop searching for happiness
and let it find you.
thats the only way to find any resolve
that's the only way you'll ever be yourself
