um. i don't really know how to put this and be good with words so i won't and i'll just come out and say that i need help. i don't think that i am doing well, and my girlfriend says i need someone to talk to besides her about these things because she doesn't know how to help me anymore...

i'm looking for answers...but i'm afraid that i don't know where to begin to find the right questions...
